Ushur Analytics

The Ushur Analytics now enables you to evaluate the quality of customer experience. Trend Analysis is now available and Initiated Activities provide granular details. Analytics now enables you to manage micro-engagements with customers at every step of the workflow and track KPIs across the entire campaign to aid better corporate strategy and customer experience. Ushur Builder Enhancements

Compute Module

It now supports the ability to add more than 25 records. User Interface enhancements include expanding the text box with a click and a tooltip that displays the truncated data.

Extended Date Support

There is now added support for DD/MM/YYYY format. This is also available within the Ushur Variable Calendar UX interface.

Ushur Platform Enhancements

Generic SSO Support

Ushur now offers generic OAuth/OIDC integration for standard SSO solutions (OAuth, ForgeRock, etc.)

Asset Details API Enhancement

The API is now enhanced to provide asset names and extensions in the filename.extension format. For example, Image1.cng, claims.pdf.

Ushur Invisible App Enhancements

• Calendar – The widget automatically populates “/or-“ in the date field.

  

• Date Validation – Validates data input by the user and throws an error message where necessary.
