The Prompt module helps you provide a user with a question and move the workflow based on the user’s response. By default, the only acceptable Prompt Type is Text.

  1. Drag-drop the module into the Inspector Panel or double-click the module.

  2. Click the Prompt module to view the configuration page.

  3. Label the prompt: Edit the text to be displayed.

  4. From the Save output to, select a predefined tag, or click New tag to add a new tag.

  5. Reminders: The prompt module uses the default reminder from the workflow settings, refer to Configuring the Setup and Start - General Tab.

    1. To customize reminders for the prompt module, click Edit Reminders.

    2. Reminder message: Specify the message (Optional).

    3. Max Reminders: Specify the maximum number of reminders from the drop-down. The maximum number of reminders is 5.

    4. Send Reminder After: Specify the time of Day, Hours, and Minutes when the reminder will be sent to the user.

    5. On Reminder, branch to:

      1. Select the workflow to proceed with once a reminder is triggered.

      2. To create a new step, click New Step.

    6. After final reminder, branch to:

      1. Select the workflow module to continue after the final reminder is triggered.

      2. To create a new step, click New Step.

    7. Click Save.

    8. The frequency of the reminder will be displayed under the toggle button.
