The General Tab within the Portal Settings page enables you to design the look and feel of the portal that will be used for customer engagement. Use the table below and configure the options based on specific needs.
Option | Description |
|---|---|
Portal Name | The name of the portal. |
Portal Description | A brief description of the portal. |
Portal URL | The pre-configured URL of the portal homepage that will be used by the enterprise |
Upload Logo | Specific logo that needs to be displayed on the portal |
Background Style | Sets the background style based on a particular selection |
Background Color | Sets the background color specified |
Preview | Displays the preview of the style and color. |
Activating or Deactivate the Ushur Hub | By default, the Portal Settings is activated. |
