Use the Data tab to manage and configure the data-related preferences:
Tags
Tags are containers that hold data, through which the actual data can be referenced. All Tags are initialized at the beginning of your workflow. Optionally, the user can add an initial value for each Tag when the workflow begins. To create a new tag, refer to Tags.

Datatables
Data tables can be used to trigger workflows, export data, and reference data from workflows within the same project.

The data tables linked to the project are displayed under the Datatables tab.
Click
to view the properties available in this datatable. The Properties table displays two columns:

Global Values
Global values are constants that do not change and can be used across all your workflows.

The list of global values are mentioned below:
Global Value | Data Type | Description |
AccountEmailAddr | The email address associated with the user account. | |
ActivityId | Text | Unique identifier for the specific activity. |
ClassificationConfidence | Text | Confidence level of the classification outcome. |
ClassificationSentiment | Text | Sentiment outcome of the classification. |
DataExtractionPercentageOfHighConfidence | Text | Percentage of data extracted with high confidence. |
DataExtractionPercentageOfLowConfidence | Text | Percentage of data extracted with low confidence. |
DataExtractionPercentageOfMediumConfidence | Text | Percentage of data extracted with medium confidence. |
DestUserDisplay | Text | Display name of the destination user. |
DestUserEmailId | Email address of the destination user. | |
DestUserPhoneNo | Phone Number | Phone number of the destination user. |
EnterpriseDisplay | Text | Display name of the enterprise. |
EnterpriseEmailAddr | Email address of the enterprise. | |
IncEmailBody | Text | Body content of the incoming email. |
IncEmailFromAddr | Text | Sender's address of the incoming email. |
IncEmailFromDomain | Text | Domain of the sender's email address. |
IncEmailFromUser | Text | Name of the sender mentioned in the incoming email address. |
IncEmailIdentifier | Text | Identifier for the incoming email. |
IncEmailNonOcrAssets | Text | Non-OCR assets associated with the incoming email. |
IncEmailOcrAssets | Text | OCR assets associated with the incoming email. |
IncEmailSubject | Text | Subject line of the incoming email. |
IncEmailToAddr | Recipient's email address in the incoming email. | |
IncEmailToDomain | Text | Recipient's domain in the incoming email. |
IncEmailToUser | Text | Name of the Recipient mentioned in the incoming email address. |
IncFaxDocument | Text | Text content of the incoming fax document. |
IncomingAssetId | Text | Identifier for the incoming asset. |
LastMsgFromUser | Text | Last message sent from the user. |
LastMsgToUser | Text | Last message sent to the user. |
LaunchByUserEmail | Represents the email address of the user that initiates the launch. | |
LaunchByUserId | Text | Represents the unique identifier of the user that initiates the launch |
LaunchByUserOrg | Text | Represents the organization of the user that initiates the launch. |
LaunchByUserPhone | Phone Number | Represents the phone number of the user that initiates the launch. |

SurlDeliveryMode | Text | Delivery mode of the secure URL. |
SurlDestination | Text | Destination of the secure URL. |
SystemUtcTime | Timestamp | System time in UTC time zone. |
UserLocation | Text | Location of the user. |
UserSelection | Text | Selection made by the user. |
UshurTag | Text | Tag associated with Ushur platform. |
VoiceMailDetected | Text | Indicates if a voicemail was detected. |
WebhookLastResponseCode | Numeric | The last response code received from a webhook. |
