Custom Analytics tabs are tailored to accommodate the unique demands of diverse workflows and communication channels. When the standard analytics tabs fall short, custom solutions step in. These personalized analytics require a detailed request process and are subject to technical feasibility and data availability.
Enable Custom Analytics Tab
To enable the custom analytics tab, contact the Customer Success team.
Navigation
To access the Custom Analytics dashboard, go to Dashboard > Custom Analytics.

Prerequisites:
Data Integration: Workflow designs must incorporate the collection of desired data points, either stored as variables or tracked through specific goals.
Platform Support: The requested analytics should only include data points that are recognized and supported by the platform. This ensures the requested analytics are both actionable and insightful.
For requests outside the current data scope, such as sentiment analysis or user device information, alternative solutions can be explored within the platform's capabilities. Each custom request will undergo a thorough validation process by our engineering team to ensure the delivery of a functional and valuable analytics tool.
Points to Keep in Mind
The enabling of Custom Analytics is not automatic and must be requested through the Customer Success team. It's also essential to note that analytics data is not real-time, and the refresh rate should be configured to balance timeliness with the volume of data and business requirements.
