Overview
The Block to Whitelist Tab in the Ushur platform provides a view of phone numbers that have been moved from the blocklist to the whitelist. This allows users to easily track and manage numbers that were previously blocklisted but are now allowed to receive communications.
Steps to Use the Block-to-White List Tab
Access the Block to Whitelist Tab:
From within the Application Context, click the Block to Whitelist tab.
View Numbers:
The table will display the list of numbers along with their corresponding phone numbers and the date they were moved to the whitelist.
Use the Show Entries dropdown to select the number of entries to display per page.
Use the Search box to filter the numbers based on specific keywords or values.
Export the list to Excel or CSV if needed.
