The User Journey Map is now available in Campaign Analytics, comprehensively visualizing user behavior and engagement within workflows.

Description

The User Journey Map helps you track and analyze user interactions within workflows, identifying trends, optimizing processes, and improving overall engagement.

Benefits:

• Visualize Workflow Performance: Gain a clear understanding of user paths, from initiation to completion, with Sankey-style visualizations.

• Monitor Engagement: Track key metrics like user counts, drop-offs, and transitions at each step of the workflow.

• Refine Data Analysis: Use advanced filters (e.g., Launch Date, UID Search) to focus on specific campaigns or users.

• Improve Campaign Effectiveness: Identify areas of improvement and enhance workflows for better completion rates and user satisfaction.
