We are excited to introduce an API-based feature that notifies customers of permanent email delivery failures in real-time or near real-time. These notifications are sent directly to a customer-implemented API endpoint, enabling prompt action and improved management of email campaigns.

• API-Based Notifications: Receive immediate notifications of email delivery failures (deferred, bounced, dropped, spam report) through a customer-implemented API endpoint, ensuring that you can promptly address issues.

• Proactive Issue Resolution: Stay informed with real-time or near real-time notifications, allowing you to resolve potential issues before they affect your campaign performance.
