End User Experience
Scenario Overview
If an organization is not compatible with Ushur Hub due to network configurations, end users logging into the portal will encounter a warning message. Subsequently, they will be unable to access any use case tiles, affecting their ability to utilize the portal functionalities.
User Impact
The impact on end users includes limited access to portal features and instructions to reach out to support for additional assistance.
Ushur Hub Compatibility Report
Tracking Compatibility
As organizations roll out the Ushur Hub across multiple external organizations, it is important to track which organizations are compatible with the Ushur Hub. This allows proactive management of potential issues and ensures a seamless experience for end users.
Subscription Benefits
Organizations subscribed to Ushur Hub will receive a periodic Ushur Hub WebSocket Compatibility Report email. This report provides detailed insights into the compatibility status of various organizations. The frequency of these emails can be configured, with the default frequency at daily.
Compatibility Report Email
The compatibility report email includes an attached Ushur Hub compatibility status report. This report summarizes the compatibility status of different organizations, allowing administrators to identify and address compatibility issues.
