Using the Write New Rules Drool Option

The Ushur Ruleset/Rules tab enables you to create basic rulesets for an enterprise that needs to transform its documents. However, some enterprises may have many complicated data in their document which may require multiple rules to be created through the Document Transform Rules. You can, however, upload the rules.txt file from within this tab using the Write New Rules option.

1. From the Apply Rules dropdown, Write New Rules (Drools).

2. From the Password dropdown, select the password variable.

   Note

   This is to ensure that the password-protected file is accessible using the associated Ushur variable.

   

3. In the Rules box, copy and paste the entire rules.txt information and click Upload Rules to upload the file directly.

4. Use the Column Map CSV to upload button a pre-existing file.

5. From Go to select the next module in the workflow. 

6. Click Save.

   Note

   When an email with an attachment is sent to this Ushur, the attached document is automatically processed and sent back to the user.
