Using Preserve UeTags for Modules
UeTag is a unique identifier for each of the modules that you have created in Ushur’s workflow builder. It helps you identify and connect to the specific module from outside the Ushur. This includes Ushur APIs or platforms such as Salesforce, Service Now, Atlassian, and more.
These tags are system-generated unique numbers and if the module is accidentally deleted, a new module’s UeTag should be manually configured on external systems which can be laborious.
To prevent accidental deletion of modules that play a role in an integrated environment, a checkpoint has been created to make sure the user is prompted with a warning before the deletion.
Preserving UeTags
To enable deletion warning message for the module, complete the following:
Open the module that is being used in the integration with other systems
Select the following check box in the module dialog box.
Click Save.
