Create File Module
This release's Create File Module feature enhances Ushur Studio's document handling capabilities by allowing users to generate customized PDF documents using pre-designed templates.
Description
With the newly released Create PDF File feature, users can now automate the creation of personalized PDF documents directly within Ushur Studio.
This feature simplifies the workflow for generating various business documents, including forms, certificates, reports, and other personalized PDFs, by filling in dynamic data into a user-provided template.
The process is streamlined to support uploading a PDF template, assigning data tags, and even combining multiple files into a single PDF, catering to a broad range of business documentation needs. The accepted formats for combination include JPEG, PNG, and PDF, offering flexibility in file management.
Users can leverage this feature to improve efficiency, reduce manual document creation efforts, and ensure consistency across their digital documents.

Enhanced Reminder Functionality
This release expands Ushur Studio's existing Reminder Functionality with new configuration options for more precise control over workflow reminders.
Description
The Reminder Functionality now includes additional configuration options to fine-tune how and when reminders are issued within workflows.
Global Reminder Settings: Accessible under the Start and Setup Configuration, allowing for overarching reminder rules across the platform.
Module Specific Reminders: Tailor reminders for specific workflow modules including:
Prompt Module
Invisible App Module
Email Module
New Enhancements:
Maximum Reminders: Set a cap on the number of reminders sent for a single prompt, preventing over-communication.
On Reminder, Branch to Direct the workflow to a specific path when a reminder is triggered, enhancing the workflow's logic and responsiveness.
These additions provide more granular control over user interactions, ensuring critical tasks are highlighted and actioned promptly.

Enhanced Admin Login: Enterprise Account Selection
The new Enhanced Admin Login feature introduces a streamlined Enterprise Account Selection modal for administrators. This modal simplifies the login process for admins overseeing multiple enterprise accounts, enabling a swift and organized transition between accounts directly from the login screen.

The Enhanced Admin Login update introduces a tailored experience for administrators, enabling efficient management across multiple enterprise accounts. This feature is part of our commitment to streamlining administrative workflows and enhancing user interface intuitiveness.
Enterprise Account Selection Modal: Immediately upon login, admins with multiple account roles are presented with a new modal to choose their desired enterprise account.
Simplified Admin Account Creation: The system now detects and prompts administrators when they attempt to create a new account with an email already in use, thus preventing unintended duplicates.
One-Click Access: Admins can now switch between their managed accounts with ease, reducing the time spent on account selection.
Enhanced Workflow: By integrating this feature, we've removed the need for admins to log in multiple times to access different enterprise accounts, making the process more efficient.

Import Workflow
The latest update introduces an effortless way to enhance your project management capabilities. With the new import feature, you can now seamlessly integrate a pre-defined workflow into your projects. This function simplifies the process of incorporating complex processes and established protocols, ensuring consistency and efficiency across your tasks and activities.
Description
To Import workflow to a project, follow the steps below:
Click Projects on the left menu panel in the Ushur Dashboard.
Click the More icon on the applicable project.
Select Import Workflow.
Drag and drop or browse and upload the workflow file in *.ufo format.
Note
The only supported file format is *.UFO. The maximum file size is 100 Mb.
Select the check box to include the Datatable properties in import. By default, the checkbox is selected.
Click Import.
Note
You can import a workflow from one EA account to another; however, you cannot import a workflow into the same EA account if it already exists there.
AI Feature in the Invisible App (New Feature)
The Invisible App introduces advanced AI capabilities for dynamic user interactions, featuring robust response validation and flexible FAQ settings.
Description
In the Chat Mode, users seamlessly engage in dynamic conversations with the AI assistant, effortlessly navigating workflows. The AI Assistant Mode offers two distinct options for tailoring the conversational experience. In Verbatim mode, the assistant strictly adheres to the provided workflow verbiage, incorporating generative text only in response to user-initiated follow-up queries. On the other hand, the Enhanced mode utilizes generative language, ensuring coherence while maintaining the original intent.
Additionally, the Service Groups functionality enhances user interaction by streamlining access to multiple workflows within a group. This feature provides a comprehensive and intuitive experience for users engaging with workflows via Chat Mode.
