Article summary

What’s New!

  • Silent Listener: The Invisible App module encourages the user, who receives an SMS, to click a secure link and initiate the Invisible App experience for the remainder of the engagement. You can also configure this module to save or re-direct the customer input.

  • Email Module: The Email Module enables you to create emails or mailers to send to your users or internal teams. This module enables you to create specific content and designs such as buttons, colors, and links, or use a pre-defined template to send them out as custom emails. You can create emails with specific details. You can type the ‘{{’ double braces to view the list of tags that are available for the module.

  • Webhook Module: Ushur provides customers with an interface with any API service using the Outbound and Inbound Webhook Module. This module enables API-based integrations from Ushur to any REST-based system. This module makes HTTP requests such as Get, Post, Delete, Patch, or Put. It gets responses, parses them, and saves them in Ushur variables or metadata for further processing.

  • Phone Agent Module: The Phone Agent Module connects the end user to the customer support or agent via a phone call. This module is used for scenarios where you want the end user to be able to be connected to a live agent or customer support representative by phone.

  • Enhanced Message Module: The Message Module, is now enhanced with the following additional options that can be configured:

    • Select channel to communicate - The current version of Flow Builder supports only the SMS channel. Use {{ keys to reference a specific tag in a message.

    • Select a Recipient phone number to send the message of communication.

    • Select Add delay before the next module and specify a duration in seconds to configure a wait time before the workflows to the next module. This helps regulate the messages to the user at a comfortable interval.
