Ushur Language Translation Capability
Overview
The Ushur platform enables organizations to create customer experience workflows that are automated and help them enable a “straight-through processing” capability for their end users. End-users prefer organizations to engage with them in a language of their choice. The Ushur platform has the capability to automatically translate any workflow created in English to other languages.
Language Translation
The Ushur Platform leverages Microsoft translation services and can work with over 90 languages. This service is secure, scalable, and compliant with certifications such as HIPAA, ISO, SOC, and FedRAMP. (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/translator/business/translator-api/)
The Ushur Platform requires citizen developers to create the workflow once and will automatically support the translation into other languages. Based on language selection all strings used in the workflow are translated and read-only copies of the workflow in each selected language are created.
These workflows can have their keywords and can be launched independently. Whenever the main Ushur in the English language is modified, all copies are updated with the new translations. Even though a specific language Ushur is in play, a response in a supported language will automatically switch the engagement to that language using a service to identify the language based on user input.
Conclusion
The Ushur Platform supports automatic translation of workflows created in English to over 90 languages leveraging industry standard services available from Microsoft that are secure and scalable. This capability enables the organization to engage with their end users in their language of choice and reduces the burden on the citizen developers to create and manage workflows in more than one language.
