    Prerequisites

    • Ushur Integration currently can fetch only one record at a time and not a list of records.

    • Integrations will return String/Text values, hence the Ushur variables used to store or capture Response Data should be of text type.

    • The image below is an example of variables uVar_file-id-resp, uVar_file-name-response, uVar_folder-id-resp and uVar_folder-name-resp. These variables are declared to capture response data and are Text data types.

    Limitations

    Review the section below to understand the generic and specific limitations of the Ushur Integration functionality.

    Generic Limitations

    • The Integration tab and the Integration Module is disabled by default for new Enterprise accounts. A user must login as an admin and enable it.

    • externalId must be specified manually.

    • Ensure that browser settings are configured to allow popups for Ushur always (the popup blocker should be disabled for Ushur).

    • If you want to switch entities between Integrations, you must cancel the existing Request Keys/Data/Response and add new fields.

    HubSpot

    Auto-suggestion is available only for fields (keys) and not available for entities

    MS Dynamics 365

    Auto-suggestion is available only for entities. It is not available for fields (keys).

    Zendesk

    You must select from any of the four values - Question, Incident, Problem and Task, while creating a ticket manually or using the API.

    BambooHR

    Employee number is not created by default through Ushur. The Admin use must assign it manually.

    SharePoint

    1. Create a Folder:

      1. Folder can be created only on the root drive of a SharePoint file.

      2. Subfolder creation is not possible currently.

      3. SharePoint will display an error if the folder already exists.

    2. Upload a File:

      1. You can upload a file to a folder or a subfolder of the SharePoint root drive.

      2. Uploading a file with the same name will replace if pre-existing file.

      3. You can only upload only one file at a time.

    Jira

    1. Authentication: 

      1. The Instance URL is the complete URL of your Jira dashboard. For example, https://mydashboard.atlassian.net. 

    2. The instance URL must always begin with https://.

    3. Create Ticket:

      1. There will be a delayed display in the drop-down while fetching entities based on available data.

    Genesys

    All the operations will return 4 fields- id, firstName, lastName, and title (if the value is available).

    Currently, other fields can be created, but cannot be captured.
