Ushur Fax Integration

Fax is one of the oldest methods of communication that continues to be in vogue in certain enterprises even today. Sending and receiving documents via fax continues to be a norm in several medical sectors. Doctors, patients, and health insurance companies use faxes to send and receive important documents.

Ushur now enables the integration with fax to aid several such enterprises that use fax for submitting key documents. The Ushur Fax integration is a secure channel to send and receive faxes by integrating with end-to-end e-fax solution providers.

How does the Ushur Fax Integration work?

The Ushur Fax Integration is a mechanism that enables documents to be sent and received. This engagement can also be facilitated through the Ushur Invisible App. Users can upload their documents and the module will fax these documents to a fax number provider, which could be either an enterprise number or an individual fax number.

Using the Ushur Fax Module

You can include the Fax module as a part of the workflow in the Ushur. From within the workflow, click the icon.

In the Edit Fax Module dialog box,

1. Specify the Label.

2. In the Phone Number box, specify the number provided by the e-fax solution provider.

3. From the Select or Upload documents, you can upload by specifying the variables, and the URL of the document or by uploading the document directly. The uploaded documents will be sent as a .pdf file to the e-fax solution provider and routed to the respective fax number. Ushur supports .xls, .ppt, .jpeg files to upload.

4. Click Save and launch the Ushur to the respective user or users.
