The following table shows you the different options and modules available as you create or edit a Ushur.

Not all the options are available in the Default view. Contact your administrator for access to other views.

Fetch Data | Get metadata from the users so you can gather more information from them. This can be acquired based on a key. | |
Store Data | It stores information to use for further processing after you have finished a conversation or engagement with an end user. | |
Send Invisible App | Create and send a secure Invisible App along with a supporting message using this option. | |
Multiple Choice | Use this option to help automate the user’s selection and provide different outcomes with the Ushur. The different choices can take the user to a different outcome. This means that each selected option can lead to an independent path in the workflow. | |
Compare | This is an option to compare two variables. It helps make decisions on which are better to use. The module lets you evaluate several things to see if two variables are equal to, less than, or greater than another variable or value. | |
Open Response | An open response option is where you can ask questions and procure answers from the user in their own words. | |
Message | This is a message that is sent from the organization to the user. This can be edited according to your needs. | |
Phone Call | This is an option where human interference is required, and you connect the user with a live agent. | |
Texting | This allows you to send an SMS text message to a third party. | |
Incoming Email Processing | This helps process incoming emails based on the subject line, the body, and so on. | |
Data Extractor | This helps extract important information about the end user. It includes information such as user identification and user request. This is capable of extracting vital data even from large documents. | |
OCR Module | This is the module used to extract and identify text from images. | |
Document processor | This helps process files that are received from the end user. It helps organize end-user data in the format based on the requirement. | |
Language Intelligence (LI) | This combines Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to give the right kind of information to the right kind of audiences. | |
This helps send outbound emails to users. You can choose to add Invisible links to the email that you want to send. | ||
File Upload | This is a module that allows end users to upload documents through the Invisible App engagement. | |
Location | This helps you capture the location and coordinates from the end user, without them having to type it laboriously. | |
Compute | This option helps add variables and set values to the different variables and change them. It works with variables and performs different types of computations on them. For example, two strings can be concatenated, arithmetic operations on numbers, and so on. | |
Delay | This allows you to pause or delay a conversation or a certain engagement. | |
Credit Card | This module enables you to collect complete end-user credit card information safely and securely. | |
Outbound Webhook | This module enables API-based integrations from Ushur to any REST-based system. | |
Operator | This is used to add human intervention into a conversation or engagement with the end user. | |
File Creation | This is a generic file creation module. The content generated within the module can be saved into a file type of choice. It can also be used to create a meeting and book business cards for the end users. | |
Start Invisible App | This creates parallel flows for both online and SMS options. It enables the end user to access the information through the browser and SMS. | |
Thank You | This is a closure to the exchange. You can choose to edit how you want to close the conversation in an Ushur. | |
Organize | This helps you organize the different workflows within an Ushur in a readable format after creating it. | |
Focus Mode | This helps cut the clutter to see blinds. | |
Dev Mode | The Dev Mode is where users such as developers can go to debug the Ushur. | |
Activate | This is the option that helps you bring the Ushur to a ready state to engage with your end user. Note: You will be unable to edit a Ushur while it is still active. | |
Deactivate | This is the option that helps you stop the Ushur and/or edit it based on your requirements. | |
Edit | This option can be used to edit a Ushur while it is deactivated. | |
Export Ushur | This helps replicate an Ushur to another account without too much complication. You can export Ushur Variables, Enterprise Variables, Data Extraction rules Topics and phrases. Note: The exported Ushur is downloaded in .ufo extension format. | |
Go To Draft | This helps Ushur continue as you make changes to the Ushur. | |
Clone | This is the option to make a copy of the Ushur and use it for a parallel or another purpose. |
