Feature Overview

Ushur provides mechanisms to allow customers to manage their communication with end-users based on a strict alignment with the TCPA guidelines and law. The Opt-in/Opt-Out feature enables customers to manage their engagements with their end-users effectively and efficiently without trespassing any guidelines laid out by federal laws.

This feature enables enterprises to enlist the phone numbers of the customers in the BlockList and AllowList. Campaigns or any communication via SMS will not disturb the customers whose numbers are recorded in the BlockList.
