Thank You Module

Description

You can use the Thank You module as the last module in an interaction flow. Notice how the flow ends at a Thank You module. It is a good practice to end flows gracefully with users indicating the end of an engagement.

Application

Add the Thank You module to the end of your engagements. This applies to SMS text as well as Invisible App workflows.

Settings

The two basic settings in the Thank You module are the “Label” and “Message”. The label uniquely identifies this module inside the Ushur and is not visible to the end user. Your message (consisting only of characters) should be entered in the message block. Since the Thank You module ends an engagement, it cannot go to another module upon completion.
