Texting Module

Description

During a normal engagement, all messages are sent to the end user. The Texting module allows for an SMS text message to be sent to a third party.

Application

Since the Texting module allows for a message to be sent to a third party during a user engagement, it can be used to notify customer support in real-time of any potential issues.

Settings

Configure the following settings to send SMS text messages to a third party:

• Label: This uniquely identifies the module inside a Ushur workflow.

• Phone Number: Select a valid country code from the dropdown list then enter the destination phone number or a variable containing that number for the third party.

• Enter Your Message: Type what message you would like to be sent to the third party.
