Silent Listener - Phrase-Based Workflow Trigger

The enhanced Silent Listener - Phrase-Based Workflow Trigger feature on the Ushur platform marks a significant upgrade, now enabling campaigns to be launched through any free-flowing text. This advancement utilizes a sophisticated AI data model that intelligently interprets and classifies text input, thereby eliminating the need for rigid keyword matching.

This development not only simplifies user interactions by accepting natural language inputs but also streamlines the campaign initiation process, making the platform more intuitive and user-friendly.

Setting Up Phrase-Based Workflow Triggers

1. Once the workflow is created, Navigate to Manage > Pull.

   

2. Enter one or more phrases in the Create Tags field and click Enter or select Add.

   

   Notes

   • Special characters other than “– “and “_” are not allowed.

   • You cannot use the keyword that is already in use.

3. Once you entered the phrases or keywords, go to the Menu, and select Edit Description. The Edit Workflow Description dialog box is displayed.

   

4. In the Edit Workflow Description dialog box, enter a clear and concise description of what the workflow does, necessary for the AI to understand and classify the workflow correctly.
