Pre-Authentication Specifications
Log on to the Salesforce dashboard.
Within the Quick Find search type App Manager.
Select App Manager.
Click New Connected App.
Specify the details as displayed below in the screenshot and click Save (For Callback URL: Instance URL should be configured for example: https://ushur.com/ your Ushur Homepage URL).
Authentication Details
Authenticate the Salesforce username and password as mentioned below.
Select Salesforce Connector and Click to setup.
Specify a name for authentication and select the instance type. The default value is Production. Click Create.
Enter the email name and password of your SalesForce instance login.
After the authentication is successful, click Finish.
SalesForce is connected to Ushur.
Go to the Ushur workflow and click the Integrations module. Contact the Ushur Customer Success team if you cannot view this module.
You should see the SalesForce as an option listed in the External System dropdown list and is now ready to be used.

Similar operations can be performed for contacts using “Contact” as the value in the entity field or for any entity using the appropriate value for the entity field.
