What’s New

• DND (Do Not Disturb): Enterprise users can now set up a DND Window across multiple time zones to support end users living across different time zones. This will ensure enterprises stay compliant with regulations and manage better user experience. An example scenario is to be able to set up a DND between 7 PM and 9 AM in the US for all users across multiple time zones (EST, CST, PST)

• Allowing Ushur level Exception on DND [Do Not Disturb]: Enterprise users will be able to bypass DND rules at a Ushur level so they can trigger certain important notification messages to end-users. For example, this will allow Enterprise to be able to send an important alert during a storm or deliver a confirmation message at any time when an end-user subscribes to receive notifications.

Platform Enhancements

• Language Support: Ushur Platform now provides support for the Canadian French language.

• Usability Enhancement for CSV-Based Bulk Trigger: Enterprise Business users can now trigger Ushurs in their time zone of choice as opposed to converting trigger time into UTC format.

• API Enhancement: Support enabled for standard Restful API’s on Ushur platform. Details of the new APIs are made available at API Documentation.

• New APIs introduced:

  • Get DND Exclusion for specific Ushur.

  • Set an Ushur with DND Exclusion

  • Get a List of Ushurs with DND exclusions.

  • Initiate Any Campaign with the user’s time zone.

  • Add or Update Enterprise Data with user time-zone.
