Article summary

What’s New

  • Customers now can capture “end-users” location on the Invisible App (IA), if, the user allows for this interaction. This data can then be used in the workflow to take further action. E.g. if this is the first notice of loss interaction, and the consumer is at the accident site, this information can be captured and recorded. This feature includes integration with Google Maps and allows our customers to display nearby services on Google Maps.

  • End users now have the option to upload images via the IA. The IA is enhanced to upload multiple documents also as part of an engagement. In the FNOL interaction, it could be a copy of insurance, Driver’s License, etc. The secure document upload feature allows for multiple document type upload via the Invisible App.

  • Customers now have the option of enabling Banner Ad support on the Invisible App while engaging with the end users. You can configure the banner to appear in modules such as Open response, Multiple choice, Message, File upload, and Location modules (basically all modules that are end-users facing). Support is provided for gif, jpg, and .png image types. The ad dimension supported is as per the industry-recommended mobile standard, 320 x 50.

  • Customers can now customize any Ushur presented URLs such as Invisible App URL, or ShortURL with their Enterprise Favicon. This improves the URL white-label feature support.

  • End-users may stop engaging with the workflow while in the Invisible App. We now have the IA - Engagement Completion Reminder feature, which allows enterprises to use the existing reminder functionality to send reminders via text for the end-user to continue engaging where they left off in the Invisible App.

  • End users can now select/deselect more than one option on the multiple-choice module in IA.

  • We have enhanced the user experience of IA when viewed on a desktop device. A responsive full-screen mode with a centered view of IA is presented.

Platform Enhancements

  • Import / Export Ushur: Enterprise users can self-service import or export Ushurs from one account to another. This is extremely useful for users who build workflows in the development instance and need to move them to a production instance.

  • Email Module: A simple HTML editor is now available in the email module to allow Enterprise users to customize the email template with rich text, including images. Enterprise users can now include attachments via the Email module in their communication with end users.

  • Open Response Module: The Open Response Module has been enhanced to allow Enterprise users the flexibility to design it as a mandatory or optional field based on the workflow. A checkbox has been enabled in the module that will allow customers to make the response mandatory or optional.

  • Voice Module: A new voice module has been introduced. This will enable support for building in call deflection and voice-to-text-based flows

  • Metadata feature enhancement: Enterprise users can now download data as CSV files from the Metadata tab.

  • Fetch Data: Enterprise users can use the “contains” operator while querying metadata using the Fetch Data module.

  • New Contact addition: Enterprise users can now add new contacts in the Push tab. Previously, they had to go to the contacts tab to enter new contact information.

  • Ushur Settings Page: The Preview experience in the Ushur Settings page has been improved to show IA branding changes in real time.

  • Other platform improvements and bug fixes.

Integrations

  • Slack Integration: Slack support enabled to initiation of basic Ushur campaigns.

  • Webhook Module (Rest API) in the builder: A new Webhook module has been introduced. This will enable API-based integration from Ushur with other systems of record like Active Directory, and SFDC without the need for adapters/connectors. This module will make HTTP GET and POST requests.
