Article summary

The Pull Engagements Tab enables you to view the pull tag information of the engagements and associate new tags to the engagement. You can use these tags to trigger the engagement at a later stage. The following information is displayed for the engagements:

  • Workflow - The name of the workflow.

  • Status - Displays if the status is published or unpublished.

  • Active Pull Channel -Displays the active pull channel (SMS, Email, and Voice).

  • Channel Address - The Virtual Number or the number where the SMS is sent.

  • Associated Tags - List of all the tags associated with this workflow. 


Pull Channel Settings

  1. Select All projects or applicable projects from the Selected Project dropdown to view the list of engagements displayed as a grid.

  2. Select any record and click to view the Pull Channel Settings dialog box.

    1. SMS: Activate this channel to allow end-users to use SMS with the tags below to launch this engagement.

      • Select the Virtual Number from the drop-down list for which you want to add tags.

      • Add tags: Enter the tags in the Add Tags section and use the spacebar to associate the tags with the selected virtual number. You can also click on any existing tag and delete it from the list.

    2. Email: Activate the Email channel as an active pull channel, end-users can initiate the workflow by sending an email to the provided email address. Activating the Email channel will deactivate other pull channels.

      • Email Username: Enter the email username for the domain name. The domain name is auto-generated and is unique to the platform instance.

    3. Voice: Activate this channel to allow end-users to use Voice calls to launch the engagement.

      • Select the Virtual Number from the drop-down list that uses Voice Call to launch the engagement.

Note

Similar tags cannot exist for multiple engagements with the same channel address number. However, two different channel address numbers can have a similar tag.

  1. Click Save to view the tags now displayed in the grid, as shown below.
