The Operator module is used to bring human intervention into a conversation or engagement with the end user. When you want information transformation between you and the end user, then you can use the Operator module. The first step is to authenticate information and then change information between the end user and the operator who updates it. This enables you to organize and accept or reject the changes provided by the end user.
For instance, if an end user wants to update their details such as phone number, address, and so on, it can be done through the operator after verification.
Note: An operator manually verifies the information. Accepted information can help you create a new flow, while rejected information can be sent back to the end user.
To use the Operator Module, complete the following:
Click the Ushur where you want to add the Operator module.
Click the following Operator icon: This displays the Operator dialog box.
In the Label box, enter a unique name for the module.
In the Enter your message box, enter a message that you want to send to the end user to let them know this information will be verified.
In the Variables box, enter the variables that you need human intervention to confirm.
Note
You can add multiple variables and determine how you want to proceed depending on whether you accept or reject the updated information.
In the Accept box, from the Go to dropdown, select the next step for the Ushur.
In the Reject box, from the Go to dropdown, select the next step for the Ushur.
Click Save.
