Key Features and Enhancements

Platform side enhancements to improve analytics:

The platform side enhancement will improve analytics on the following dimensions:

• Data Accuracy:

  • SMS Analytics: View the accurate SMS count sent from the Ushur platform to analyze the initiation of the campaign, the effectiveness of each channel, and keep track of its associated engagements.

  • Email Analytics: Delivery Time Stamp Update - View the updated time stamp for all the messages delivered so that the data pipeline accurately captures data points to update the relevant dashboards on analytics.

• Data Adequacy:

  • Individual User Responses: Ability to download individual user responses for each module from the Initiated Activities using a template at a regular interval to gather qualitative insights or feedback.

  • Delivery Status Information: Download of delivery status for each of the messages sent out from the platform so that in case of undelivered status, corrective action can be taken.

Invisible App v2.1 Enhancements

• Search option is now available in the multiple-choice drop-down field to allow users to easily find an option in the dropdown without scrolling through a long list.

  

• If variables are blank, square brackets [] previously appeared in engagements. Now, the blank variables will display blank on the engagement.

Ushur Hub v1.25 Enhancements:

• Identity and Access Management: Ability to define new roles (e.g. Admin, Manager, Supervisor) and assign roles to various use-case workflows on Ushur Hub. Both Enterprise end-users & admin-users can be mapped to various roles based on user roles & privileges users will be able to access specific workflows. As part of Identity & Access Management, users can now set up credentials to sign in.

• Usability Improvements: A revamped user interface to deliver a delightful experience.

• Support to use the “Enter” key on the keyboard to navigate to continue.

Integrations Added:

Builder Enhancements:

• Uploaded PDF documents can be viewed and reviewed for content from Data Tables.

• Minor UI enhancements to short links and flow builder (canvas) modules

This release also contains security enhancements and bug fixes.

Infrastructure Enhancements:

• Platform-wide improvements to support 300k engagement launches on Email and Invisible App channel.

• Improved communication of engagement completion when an Invisible App link is clicked.

• Enhancements to the “getVariables” API to filter by date range.
