Article summary

Overview

You can use the Multiple-Choice module to provide a list of choices for the end user as different options.

In an SMS engagement, the end user would respond with a number that corresponds with the answer of their choice. Validations are pre-built to ensure customers can only respond to the available range of choices.

In an Invisible App engagement, the end user would simply click on the answer/s of their choice.

Application

The Multiple-Choice module is most used when we expect the user to answer from a list of predetermined options. For example, if you would like the user to choose between 3 different plans, it would be easiest to use the Multiple-Choice module.
