Authentication Details
Authenticate the Microsoft email address and password. Follow the steps below:
Select MS Dynamics 365 and Click to setup.

Specify the authentication name, and the MS Dynamics 365 Instance URL (for example, https://www.mycrm.crm125.dynamics.com) and click Create.

Enter the password and click Sign in > Finish.

Note
If the Admin Access denied error is displayed, the user.ReadWrite.all, Offline_access, and Group.ReadWrite.all permissions are required. Contact the Customer Success team to help you with this.
