Message Module

Description

The Message module is used when you want to notify a customer with a message but don’t need user input.

Application

If this module is being used within a text (SMS) context, a text message will be sent to the end user and the Ushur workflow will continue to the next connected module. However, within Invisible App, this message can be formatted using supported HTML tags for a better user experience. The user will need to click the “Next” button (configurable) to move on to the next connected module.

Settings

The two basic settings in the Message module are: 

• Label: The label uniquely identifies this module inside the Ushur for your reference.

• Enter Your Message: Your message should be entered in the message block.

  

Invisible App Settings

The image field, as shown above, allows the user to display an image under the message. Notice that the same message is sent through both SMS text and the Invisible App, however, the image is only sent through the Invisible App.

If used in the Invisible App, additional settings can be opened by clicking on Invisible App Properties and Additional Display Details. Invisible App Properties allows you to align your text and customize the “next” button. Please refer to the Invisible App Properties article for more details.
