Integrations Module

The Ushur integrations module provides businesses with a growing catalog to establish connectivity to common SaaS business applications. The new integrations module allows users to fetch and store data with external applications as part of their workflow automation processes.

Platform and Module Enhancements

The following improvements have been made to the platform and workflow canvas:

• The file upload module now supports multiple attachments with the same file name. When iPhone users take a photo with their camera during a file upload step in the workflow, it saves the image as “image.jpeg”. Since our file upload steps allow for multiple images to be uploaded in a single step, each image was saved as “image.jpeg” causing issues with the usage of those files. This has been resolved by appending an incremental number to the filename in cases where multiple photos are taken during the file upload step.

• The outbound webhook module now supports sending files such as documents, PDFs, etc as part of the call using an asset identifier. This is supported for the “file” key in the multipart/form-data request content type.

• Ushur and Enterprise Variables now support the JSON data type. This will enable the ability to create and manipulate JSON. This can be used with the outbound webhook modules to send a JSON object as a parameter in an outgoing call and also, be used to read and manipulate webhook responses in a better way.
