    Authentication Details

    Authenticate the Jira Instance URL. Follow the steps below:

    1. Select the Jira Software Connector and select Click to Setup.

    2. Specify the Instance URL. It is the complete URL of the Jira dashboard in the format https://mydashboard.atlassian.net. Ensure to mention https:// and click Create.

    3. On the Atlassian web page grant access to your Jira Service Desk site, click Authorise, and click Accept.

    4. Jira Software must now be connected and ready to use.
