Is the Welcome Message Module Mandatory?

Description

Yes, when you create a new Ushur, the welcome message module will automatically appear and cannot be deleted. Like a business flow chart, every Ushur starts with a welcome message as the starting point. 

When Ushur is integrated with other systems, this module can be called to initiate a campaign. 

Application

Using the Welcome Message module to display your initial greeting, customers will see in brackets your business title. An example would be, “[Ushur] Welcome to Ushur. Thank you for signing up.”.

If you don’t wish to have your business name appear here, you can leave the Welcome Message module blank and instead, connect it to the Notify a Message module and use this to place your welcome message. Example: “Welcome to Ushur. Thank you for signing up.”.
