Import BlackList and WhiteList Message Templates

Ushur allows enterprises to customize their whitelist and blacklist messages with templates. Customers can import these templates and customize the message they want their users to see when they opt in or opt-out. Without the templates, a standard, predefined message is sent out.

Note: There can only be one blacklistcampaign and one whitelistcampaign Ushur per enterprise account, regardless of the application context in which the Ushurs are created.

• From within the Application Context, click Template to view the list of available templates.

• Locate WhiteListCampaign or BlackListCampaign and click Import.

• To modify the custom messages, select the template and click Edit, modify the template, click Save, and click Replace.
