How to Set Campaign Expiry Duration?

Sometimes you may want to control the duration of an Ushur engagement. For instance, you may want to run it for a festival season or a special event. Ushur’s engagement expiry feature enables you to do just that.

If you want to retain an Ushur engagement active for a certain amount of time, complete the following: 

1. Select the Ushur you want to keep a time cap on.

2. On the Dashboard page, click on the Settings tab.

   

   This displays the Ushur’s Settings page. 

3. Scroll down to the Engagement Expiry section.

   

4. Enter the details of how long you want the engagement to last.
   You can enter it in days, hours, and minutes (number only).

5. In the Message box, add a prompt message to be shown after the session has expired. 

6. Click Save.
