How to Insert Banner Ads Within the Invisible App?

When used in an Invisible App engagement, certain modules can be customized to display additional images beyond what is normally used in SMS text engagements. 

Applications

Banner ads are an effective marketing tool to up-sell or cross-sell other products and services. To enable banner ads, click the “Additional Display Details” in a supporting module’s settings. Engagement modules that support banner ads are: 

• Multiple Choice 

• Open Response 

• Message

• Location

• File Upload

Settings

Banner ads can be customized using the following options:

• Detail Title: Banner title

• Detail content: description of the image

• Detail image: provide a link for the image asset

• Target link for detail image: destination URL for the banner ad.

First,  check the “Activate” box to enable this feature for that particular module. Then configure each setting in order to add your image. To add additional images, click the “+” icon and configure the settings for the new image. Each image will be displayed in order below the main message and next button.

Note

For a better user experience, 320 x 50 (pixel) banner ads are recommended.
