How do I Manage Contacts?

Contacts stores customer information such as name, phone number, email and physical address. 
Contacts can be created at the Enterprise level and the Ushur level. Ushur-level contacts can only be used in the related or specific Ushur, while the Enterprise-level contacts can be accessed by any Ushur.
