Connecting Genesys to Ushur

Authentication Details

The Organization Name, Username, and Password are key information that are required for authentication.

Use the instructions below to add the Integration App on the Genesys Admin page.

  1. Log in to the Genesys account on a browser and click Admin.

  2. Select Integrations.

  3. Click OAuth and select Add Client.

  4. Ensure to add the following entries and click Save to proceed to set up Genesys in your Ushur account.

    App Name

    Mandatory field. Specify the name. For example, the App for Tray

    Description

    A short information about the App.

    Token Duration

    Specify a duration within the range mentioned in the field heading.

    Grant Types

    Select Code Authorization.

    Authorization redirect URLs

    Specify the URL. For example https://auth.tray.io/oauth2/token, https://oauth.pstmn.io/v1/callback

    Scope

    Mention the module accessed by this token. For example, external_contacts

Setting Up Genesys in the Ushur Account

  1. Click on the Genesys Connector and select Click to Setup.

  2. Specify the Authentication Name and click Create.

  3. Click Login with another account > Microsoft.

  4. Type your Organization Name and click Next.

  5. Specify the username and password for the Genesys service and click Sign In.

  6. The Authentication process will be completed.

  7. Click Finish to view the successful connection of Genesys with Ushur.
