The Generated Reports tab displays all the reports generated in a tabular format.

Manage Reports

All reports that are requested to be generated will be displayed as a tabular column in this tab. Once the report is ready, the user will receive an email notification. The older reports will auto-delete after 30 days. Contact your SRE or Customer Success team to configure the auto-deletion frequency. You can review the following information displayed for the reports are generated:

  • Request ID - A unique identifier for each report generation request.

  • File Name - Either the default or the modified file name of the report.

  • Report Type - The base report template that is selected in the Reports Templates tab.

  • File Size - The file size of the report is displayed in kilobytes (KB).

  • Generated by - The email address of the user who requested the report to be generated.

  • Request Time - The time at which the request for the report generation was accepted.

  • SFTP EXPORT - The SFTP connection status is displayed.

    • Green tick - The SFTP export is successful. Click the icons to view the details.

    • Error Icon - The SFTP export is not successful. Click the icons to view the details.

  • Download - The download display icon signifies that the report is available for download to your local device folder. To download the report, click the Download  icon. This will be displayed only after your report is ready for use.

    • Error - The generated report is not available. Please contact the System Administrator.

    • Queued: The report is waiting in line because other reports are being generated, or the generation has stopped for unknown reasons.

    • Cancel Request: This option is available when the report is in the Queued status.

    • Initiated: The report generation has started and is ongoing. The delete option is unavailable during this stage. If the request is in Initiated status for 10 mins(default), the system will auto-delete the report request. An email notification will be sent to the requester’s email ID with the reason for the failure.

      • Contact your SRE to configure the time-out value.

    • Delete

      1. Click the More  icon and select Delete.

      2. Click Delete in the Confirmation dialog box.

Note

The deleted SFTP exported report will be removed from the Ushur system and not from the SFTP location.
