Key Features and Enhancements

This release contains the following new features:

• Version Control - The Ushur Version Control feature provides the users with the ability to save a working copy of their workflows and restore or switch back to a working version when there is an issue that might impact workflow performance. This feature is disabled by default. To enable this feature, the value of Enterprise Property Enable Version History for Ushur Workflows must be set to TRUE. This new feature aims to enhance the user experience and provide better control to manage and save the workflows. There are two types of versions available in Version Control:

  • Autosaved Version - This is a snapshot of the Ushur workflow saved every time a user activates a workflow. By default, the platform saves up to 5 autosaved versions. 

  • Labeled Versions - This is a snapshot of a workflow, which can be manually saved by a logged-in user. There is no maximum limit for Labeled versions.

This release contains the following key enhancements.

• Visual Identity of Goals - Citizen developers can now identify within the flow on canvas, modules associated with goals and vice versa.

• User Roles to Manage Read-Only Ushur - User roles can now be provided access to create new Ushur but not modify any existing Ushur of other users. The existing Ushur remains read-only and cannot be edited.

• Analytics - The following updates are implemented.

  • Removal of goals from the workflow - The citizen developer can remove a module from the goal after initial association.

  • Guardrails - Scheduled activities - Introduction of a new setting that limits how far in the future an activity can be scheduled.

  • Initiated activity - Update the message send status in case of ignored send flag. Initiated activity will now show the message ignored as an update. Minor bug fixes are incorporated.

• Security - Minor improvements and bug fixes

• Invisible App - Minor improvements and bug fixes

• Ushur Hub - UI improvements on container cards and bug fixes.

This release also contains a few bug fixes and minor enhancements.
