In this phase, the end-to-end solution is deployed with integration from the Service Desk to the production Ushur platform. The production service desk is integrated with Ushur using marketplace applications such as Salesforce Managed Package or Ushur’s REST API. Auto classified Ushur categories are pre-populated in the Service Desk, so the emails are routed to the appropriate queues and service teams.
In this phase, you connect the external systems to the production Ushur that has completed fine-tuning and testing. During this phase, the production email system is connected to Ushur. After data processing completes, Ushur pushes the processed data to the appropriate system. For more details on Integration Guidelines, click here.
