Article summary

Contacts store customer details, including their name, phone number, email, and physical address. Contacts can be created at either the Enterprise level or the Ushur level.

Contacts created at the Ushur level can only be used within that specific Ushur, while those created at the Enterprise level can be accessed by any Ushur.

To view enterprise-level contacts, from within the dashboard click Contacts. Use the following icons to manage the contacts from within this page.

How To

Add New Contact

Create a new contact manually by providing the contact details

  1. Click Add New Contact.

  2. Specify the mandatory Name and Phone Number information. Address and Email Address are optional.

  3. Click Add Contact.

Manage Groups

Categorize contacts into a single group

  1. Click Add New Group > Specify the Group Name > Click Add Group.

  2. Click Add Contact > Select the group you have created and then specify the contact information.

  3. The group will now be displayed in the list.

Note

The group will not be listed unless it has at least one contact information associated with it.

Import Contacts

Import bulk contact lists using the drag-drop or uploading files methods

  1. Click Import Groups > Select the Group from the drop-down list to which you want to upload the contacts.

  2. Use the Browse or Drag Drop files here to upload your contacts list file.

Upload History

View the history of all the contacts that have been uploaded to the Enterprise.

  1. Click Upload History.

  2. You can view the history based on a particular date range. Use the Calendar to search for history over a specific date range.
