Configure the Engagement Progress Indicator

Citizen Developers of Invisible App can now gain better context on their current step and how many steps remain to complete their engagement. You can choose between Step-based or Percentage-based progress indicators by configuring the Engagement Progress Indicator option. When enabled, options to set up a progress indicator step will be shown in each customer-facing IA module within the builder. Follow the steps below to configure this option:

1. Click Ushur > Builder > Settings.

2. Scroll down to the Invisible App section to view this option.

   

3. Select the Enable Progress Indicator option and choose between Progress Bar or Wizard Steps.

4. Click Save.

5. Within Ushur, create your modules according to your engagement requirements. To add the indicator, click on the top of each customer-facing module where the progress indicator is displayed. Select the indicator value to be assigned to the module as shown in the image below. Assign the progress indicator step to every customer-facing module that is part of the engagement progress.

   

6. Once launched, the progress indicator will be displayed as shown in the sample below.
