Service Groups dynamically organize workflows and display them as action buttons in the AI Agent, providing users with quick access to services. Workflows in the Service Group appear as Action Buttons in the chat window, enabling users to access services quickly. If the citizen developer adds new workflows to the service group it will display automatically in the chatbot interface without additional coding, ensuring seamless configuration and usability for citizen developers.
Enable Service Group
In the Ushur dashboard, go to the Project and select the workflows (e.g., "File Claim," "Change Address") to be included in a Service Group.
Select the Setup & Start option and navigate to the GenAI Features tab.
Use the toggle button to enable the Chat Mode > Service Group.
