Customers can enable reminders to end users. With this functionality, they can customize the frequency of the notifications, the text in the SMS messages, which part of the Invisible App engagement the user lands on, the maximum number of reminders, and where the end-user jumps to on the final reminder. 

  • Enable/Disable Reminder - Customers can enable this functionality at the module level.

  • Frequency of Notification - Configure how often the notification will be sent out. You can use variables to dynamically set how often the notification is sent.

  • SMS Message - Customize the SMS message that end users will receive as part of this reminder notification.

  • Jump to - Set which module the end user will land on when they click the reminder link

  • Max Reminder Limit - Set the maximum number of reminder messages the end user will receive.

  • Final Reminder, Jump to - After the maximum number of reminder messages is hit, set where the end user will land in the workflow.
