Article summary

After the initial IAM/MFA setup, your organization will be displayed by default with the tag "My Organization." You will be able to assign roles (e.g., Internal Admin) for your organization to view submissions from other organizations.

In the Organizations tab, you can set up various external organizations to onboard into Ushur Hub and assign specific roles (e.g., Managers, Clerks) and optional add-ons. Here's what the organization tab looks like:

Add an Organization

To add an organization, follow these steps:

  1. Click the +Add button.

  2. Select My Organization to view the Add Organization window.

  3. Enter the necessary information for the new organization:

    1. Company Information: Email Address, Phone Number, Address, Website URL.

    2. Company Logo: Max file size 3MB, supported formats are .pdf, .svg, .jpg, and .png. Suggested dimensions are 320px x 70px.

    3. Roles: Select the roles you wish to assign to this organization and click Save Changes. If roles are not created prior, you can click the Create Roles option to create new roles.

    4. Add-ons: Select the add-ons you wish to assign to this organization and click Save Changes. If add-ons are not created prior, you can click the Add-ons button to create new add-ons.

All created organizations are listed in a tabular format in the Organizations tab. You can edit or delete the organization from this list.

Note

Once saved, the organization name cannot be modified.

Edit Organization Information

To edit an organization's information, follow these steps:

  1. From the Organization table, select the organization you want to edit.

  2. Modify the information as needed. You can add or delete roles or add-ons within the organization. Click Save Changes to update the information.

Note

Once an organization has been created, it cannot be deleted at this time. You can modify the organization's information, assigned roles, users, or add-ons associated with the organization.
