Configure Landing Campaign

Landing Campaign Behavior

• The landing campaign is the entry point for users, displaying the chatbot's initial messages and action buttons.

• Users are returned to the landing campaign after completing a service or query.

Enable Landing Campaign:

1. In the Ushur dashboard, go to the Project and choose the applicable Workflow to act as the Landing Campaign.

   Note

   Ensure only one workflow is set as the landing campaign per project.

2. Select the Setup & Start option and navigate to the GenAI Features tab.

3. Use the toggle button to enable the Chat Mode > Landing Campaign.
