Article summary

The Compute module is used to increment, decrement, or assign a value to a predefined Ushur variable. For example, the Compute module can take a user response and update existing data (i.e. changing a user’s address).

To configure the Compute Module, from within the Ushur configure the following settings in the Compute module:

  • Label: Uniquely identifies this module within the Ushur.

  • Select a Variable: Stores the content of the value field into this variable. If the variables are long, a tooltip is displayed with the complete variable name.

  • Value: The value you are setting must be a Ushur Variable. It can be any type of variable or a manually entered value. A tooltip with the complete variable name is displayed if it is long.

  • Operation: Defines how the two values are computed.

You can assign up to 25 compute operations.
