Overview
The Allow List Tab in the Ushur platform helps target engagements to specific customers by adding their phone numbers to an allow list. This prevents accidental engagements with large lists of numbers. If you do not see this tab on your Ushur Dashboard, contact your Customer Success Manager.
Steps to Use the Allow List Tab
Access the Allow List Tab:
From within the Application Context, click the Allow List tab.
Add Numbers:
Enter the phone numbers in the Enter phone number to be added to the Allow List field and click Allow. Ensure to select the appropriate country phone code before typing the number.
The list of allowed numbers will be displayed as you append them.
You can also choose to Drag ‘n Drop a file or import an Excel or CSV file for bulk additions.
Use the filters to view allowed numbers by date using the Please choose date here filter option.
Remove Numbers:
To remove a number from the allow list, click Remove From Allow List in the Actions column.
