The Account section serves as the central hub for managing your user admin information on the platform. Here, you can update name, business name, contact details, and password.
The Account tab displays two panels:
My Account
Name: Displays the user's name. Users can edit their names by clicking the pencil icon next to it.
Email (Username): Shows the user's email address, which is also used as their username for account login. This field is typically not editable.
Password: Users can change their current password by clicking the Change Password button. This action usually requires entering the current password and confirming the new password.
Password should have:
At least 8 characters in length
Both uppercase and Lowercase letters
Both letters and numbers
At least one special character, e.g. , ! @ # ? }
Enterprise
Business Name: Displays the name of the business associated with the account. Users can edit this by clicking the pencil icon next to the field.
Phone Number: Displays the business's contact number. A flag icon indicates the country code. Users can edit and verify the phone number by clicking the Verify button after making changes.
